Our classes
Small, friendly classes in the garden studio, all taught by Sue. Every class works with the breath and with the element of the week.
Yoga Foundations
Beginner friendly
A class suitable for everyone, with the focus on learning the different asanas (postures) and guidance for correct alignment. The perfect place to start.
Yoga Flow
All levels
A vinyasa flow practice linking the poses (asanas) together with the breath, and mostly ending with a peak pose.
Ignite Your Flow
Hot yoga
A vinyasa flow class in a heated room, so you will get a sweat on! The heat warms up the muscles, making the deeper stretches easier. It can help improve flexibility and build strength, and you’ll feel as though you’ve had a proper workout.
Flow and Let Go
Vinyasa flow & yin
Half vinyasa flow, followed by half yin yoga. Move and build heat first, then slow right down and let go.
Surrender to Stillness
Yin yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where the poses are held for longer, generally one to three minutes. By holding each pose for longer, you gently stress the body’s deep connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments and joints, which helps to encourage the laying down of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid.
